“Characters”

Purpose: To tell about an interesting family member!

WALT: Entertain (character description)

Task:

Think of a character you could write about. Think of all the character traits they have, what makes them special. Zoom in to the most interesting/engaging/exciting/challenging part of that character.

• Focus on showing the reader what your character is like by what they say or do.
• What descriptive words can you use to communicate this with your audience? e.g grimy, angelic, grotesque.

My Dad

My Dad loves motorbikes because he fix them then he sells them.  When he plays games with me like rugby, soccer and cricket he aways wins. He owns two birds one cat.  He has one brother.He was going to be in a band if he did he would be the guitar.  He loves spas,motorbikes,animals and sports my dad is funny as a clown.  My dad with his friends they worked together and made a motorbike and they put it in a race.  He likes to watch night rider,top-gear,two and a half men every night he plays with the dog after tea he finds the cats and loves them in the mornings he feeds the birds,cats,dog,fish sometimes.  He sometimes walks the dog and he takes me and my sister to school if the weather is bad if the weather is bad after he picks me up. And that is why he is awesome.
